Eat Clean Bro

Eat Clean Bro. For Bro’s who wanna eat clean.... not quite, but close. For anyone who wants to eat clean, and doesn't have time to prep and/or don’t really know how to cook well.
Eat Clean Bro is a food delivery system based out of freehold New Jersey, but they deliver throughout all of New Jersey.

There’s not much to say about Eat Clean Bro that you won’t find on their website except to say that everything they say is true. The food is prepared clean, the calories, nutrients, and ingredients are all listed on the website. They have different vegetable and starch substitution options. While they only have a few plant-based menu items, The ones they do have are delicious, filling, and satisfying. (So are the meat option meals, which I buy for my hubby) They also have weekly specials that change regularly, introducing new vegetarian or plant-based options.

The reach of their delivery is really incredible, my sister who lives up in Essex County just had a baby and clearly is not a place to be prepping meals for her family, let alone getting enough sleep. So I told her about ECB and now she is a regular customer and able to properly fuel her very busy days.

My one gripe with ECB is that the main meal is usually on a bed of greens, so when you need to heat up the meal when your ready to eat it, your either eating hot greens, yuck, or you need to remove the greens, put them on a side dish, heat up the main dish, then add the greens back in...I'm already exhausted thinking about that, and I'm making another dish to wash.

The prices are fair. Meals range anywhere between $8 and $11. If you’re getting delivery and you’re within 15 miles it’s free, if you’re outside 15 miles it’s only $10 for the delivery. And let me tell you that having a healthy prepared meal ready for you at the end of the day after you’ve been working all day/cleaning/going to the gym/running around after kids/or whatever else fills your time,  is priceless. PRICELESS.

Hope this helps,
