- Chickpeas
- Artichokes - be sure thier made in water or light oi
- Dates - unsweetened
- Date Syrup - good swap for honey/agave/maple syrup
- Quinoa/Jasmin Rice/Farro/Bulgar
- Organic Tofu and Tempeh
- Mixed Nuts
- Dried Cranberries - unsweetened
- Avocados - My first love
- Bananas
- Spinach/Kale
- Spaghetti Squash
- Sweet Potato
Clean Plant Based Produtcs that are ALWAYS in my Pantry:
- Flax Milk (creamy milk substitiute for coffee creamer)
- Woodstock - Vegan BBQ sauce
- Earth Balance "butter" Olive Oil spread
- Unsweetened coconut milk (good thickener for cooking)
- Gotham Greens - Vegan Pesto
- Nutritional Yeast (cheesey tasting additive)
- PBFit
- Simple MIlls - pizza Dough, cookie mix, muffins - (The muffins call for an egg, I substititue a mashed banana)
- Dr. Preaego Kale burgers
- Ezekiel Bread
- Chia seeds (any brand- easy additive to add to any meal)
- Wholesome Pantry - Unsweetened Cashew Butter - better than Peanut Butter since peanuts are a tree nut, they can be a probelm for inflamation anf pepole with auto-immune diseases
- Coconut oil (for baking - cleaner than olive oil)
