I found Nutrition Diva about 2 years ago. I'd have to admit that my favorite thing about this podcast is just how short it is. the podcasts are only about 10 minutes long. This is awesome because, while you could seriously spend at least a full hour on each of these topics she tackles, she keeps it short and sweet. Hence the “quick and dirty tips”.
I also like this podcast because it talks about the trends. She doesn’t seem to be biased or have an agenda to push. But on the flip side of that since she doesn’t really take a stance.
I’d never advise someone to base a diet off of something they heard on this podcast. Since science is always changing, nutrition is always changing, you could easily get conflicting information.
But if your looking to hear what the latest trends are all about, it’s a great overview with the basic facts.
